How do we use Your Personal Data

If you get in touch regarding our services, the emails you send may contain information about you, such as your name, address, age, gender, email address and your enquiry. We utilise this information to do the following:

• Following our legitimate interest in promoting our business, we process your enquiries to provide you with information about the services we offer.
• This may include responding to your enquiry, or sending you invitations to our events.
• We use HubSpot CRM to process your email address and information supplied by you during an enquiry through the website, and to send you invitations and promotional materials. • You are under no obligation to provide us with any details, but if you don’t supply all necessary information, we may not be able to assist.

Special and/or Sensitive Personal Data That we Process

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years old. Unless they have parental or guardian permission. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We, therefore, advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. How Long we Retain Your Data

We use the following retention periods for the following (categories) of personal data: We keep the data as long as it is a customer of ours. If a customer is no longer a customer, we will delete data that is not relevant for accounting reasons. The same goes for vacancies. If someone is not invited for an interview, we will delete the data within a reasonable time. If someone comes for an interview and is hired, we will keep it.
