Motivation
Jeanette's academic journey in HR and Marketing, coupled with a deep-seated passion for ICT, has always been driven by one central question: "What motivates people to act as they do?" This inquiry has honed her skills in both the professional and personal spheres.
In marketing, the ability to listen, analyse, and align with people's choices proves to be invaluable.
Our Foundations
The COVID-19 period has heightened the disparity between organisations with substantial marketing budgets and those without. Additionally, a growing imbalance exists between organisations' need for online visibility and increasingly complex marketing strategies.
This spurred her to collaborate with colleagues and clients in building a more equitable world. Expanding online offerings, especially for NGOs and SMEs, empowers everyone to make more meaningful personalised choices.
